Jake's experience includes urban design & master-planning through to bespoke private homes. Before joining the practice in 2011, Jake worked at RMJM Architects & Masterplanners on projects including the new-build Molecular Biology Research Centre for the Medical Research Council. He has an in-depth knowledge of the planning process and Building Regulation requirements and an excellent track record of successful and complicated planning applications. He has successfully undertaken many large, high-end residential jobs in London and the South East including conservation projects and has recently worked on the practice's Bridge Point riverside development in Rye.
